1. Return Eligibility
Products:

Returns: You may return products within [14] days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to, personal care products, opened supplements, and custom orders. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Services:

Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least [24] hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. For missed appointments or late cancellations, a fee may apply, as outlined in our service terms.
2. Return Process
Request a Return: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at seamossmenow@gmail.com or 803-231-8820 with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
Prepare the Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Affix the RMA number to the package.
Ship the Return: Send the product to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
3. Exchanges
Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. The return will be processed as a refund, and you will need to cover the cost of the new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at seamossmenow@gmail.com or 803-231-8820 with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Refund Processing

Refunds to Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account based on your financial institution’s processing times.
